Frequently Asked Questions

DOES A TRIOT REQUIRE ASSEMBLY WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
Your Triot trike will arrive to you almost completely assembled.  The only things you will need to do are:
1. Put on the seat
2. Check air pressure in the tires
3. Check air pressure in the shocks

WILL I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING?
All standard shipping costs are included in the price of your Triot for shipping within the continental 48 states.  Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada will cost extra.  When you order an Triot Bosch Electric trike there may be an additional hazmat fee required for shipment of lithium ion batteries.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TRIOT?
You have three options to pay for your Triot.
1.  ACH TRANSFER.  We strive to keep our costs low so we can keep your costs low.  This is why we ask that you pay for your Triot via ACH transfer.  Prior to shipping your trike we will send you an invoice via email which you can pay using the easy link in the email.  Once complete payment is received we will ship your trike.
2.  CREDIT CARD.  You have the option of paying with a credit card but there will be an additional 2.9% convenience fee added to the total amount of your invoice.
3.  FINANCING.  You have the option of financing your purchase through PayPal Financing.  
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRIOT NEEDS SERVICE?
When the time comes to service your Triot we recommend contacting us to find a nearby Triot Support Network technician.  If there is not a Triot Support Network technician nearby we will work with you to either find a local trike/bike dealer who can help you or we will help you directly from our factory when possible.  We have many support videos that explain much of the service and maintenance that needs to be done on your Triot.  If you choose we can help walk you through servicing your own trike.  You can reach us by calling 801-513-5628 (M-F 9-4 pm Mountain time) or emailing us at support@triot.com.
CAN I BECOME A TRIOT SUPPORT NETWORK TECHNICIAN?
Possibly.  We are always looking for well-trained bike and trike mechanics to add to our support network.  Fill out this form to request more information on the support network program.
